Work has been intensive on the Baladi Services platform, which led us to a large number of services that are directed to separate segments of users. Therefore, services that pertain to general users were divided within the Baladi Services platform, and services that are directed to business owners and service providers for cities. A separate platform was created to be directed them, to direct the client to his needs and not to distract him. The project was studied from the perspective of other ministries, as there is more than one ministry in the Kingdom that completed a project to evaluate services according to their needs, and after studies, the need to establish this platform was revealed.
