Real Estate Incentivize

Digital services focused on automating operations and requests for landowners, qualified real estate developers, and financial and investment entities, providing all related services to streamline procedures and make the real estate development sector more flexible and attractive for increased investments. Additionally, it aims to raise awareness of comprehensive real estate development and innovate the best ways to motivate investors to achieve the goals of the Housing Program, one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives.

Analysis & UX Research

The previous launch of the platform was studied, analyzed, and then rebuilt in line with the requirements of the product owner, with several suggestions regarding the landing page. It is still being worked on to determine whether it should work as a separate platform or the possibility of merging it under the Opportunities platform, in order to reduce the number of digital platforms in line with improving the user experience.

Design

Work was done on designing the platform with a group consisting of three, as the work required speedy completion, and the work was delivered within 4 days
