Analysis & Research
We have done a lot of user experience research which included: user experience practices, customer communications, and user performance. More than 70 user experience problems were found and analyzed and categorized according to importance. These problems were distributed under the Nelson Norman Guidelines for User Interface Design. Competitors were researched and reviewed, and the best competitors were studied to search for strengths and strengthen them, and search for weaknesses to avoid them
Usability Test
A usability test was conducted on the Foras platform in cooperation with the Digital Government Authority: The purpose of usability testing was to find vulnerabilities and seek recommendations. It contained the following: The number of participants, Number of user segments, Number of scenarios . Most of the users completed the scenarios, but some faced difficulties and some had to search. Therefore, 20 problems were recorded, divided into 8 criteria: Unclear system status. User instructions are not clear. Not setting titles. Double sorting and filtering capabilities. Poor findability. Misleading and distracting visual elements
