Einayti App
A health application that provides health expenses in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by employers. The application works to disburse the necessary medical dues for each case of transportation, travel, etc
Analysis & UX Research
After studying the business profile, studying the customer journey, and reviewing the most successful similar businesses in the market. Work has been done on the application to be compatible with the platform, with modifications to the web platform as needed to provide a similar experience for the user. The application contains a number of scenarios supporting medical services, all of which have been studied so that the services have a unified portal. The study of local medical applications, such as the application of the Ministry of Health (My Health) and communication with user experience designers, contributed to this work in order to understand the ideas so that building the application is based on unified foundations.
APP Design
After reviewing the colors of the logo and identity, in addition to the reviews mentioned in the analysis, an integrated design of the application was created that includes setup, through the main screen, through to the entry forms, and the thank you page. The design of the application was done after the research process in improving the experience, and after that work was done to lay the foundations for all services to unify the customer experience in all services.
